At Pristine Pure, we stand behind the botanical integrity of our Atlantic harvest. Because our products are perishable, organic food items, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our entire community.
As a boutique business, we handle every order with personal care from our facility in Maple Ridge, BC, and we appreciate your support in upholding these quality standards.
Returns
Due to the food-grade nature of our seaweed, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered-with products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, heat-sealed packaging.

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: As we operate on a small, specialized scale, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page or at support@pristinepure.ca with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We manage our "Pristine" standards with care, but if your order arrives damaged (beyond natural settling or minor crushing during transit) or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the package so we can resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or credit.
