At Pristine Pure, we understand that the journey of our seaweed from the Irish Atlantic to your home requires extreme care. We manage our logistics with the same "Pristine" standards we apply to our sourcing.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer premium shipping across all provinces and territories within Canada.

Order Processing

To ensure the botanical integrity of your order, all items are inspected and packed at our facility in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a notification once your shipment is prepared for transit.

Transparent Shipping Rates

We believe in simple, honest pricing for our community:

• Flat Rate Shipping: A standard rate of $9.95 CAD applies to all orders under $45.

• Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to provide Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $45.00 CAD.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days. While we partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely arrival, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Transparency is central to our mission. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your seaweed’s journey to your door.

Delays & External Factors

While we strive for perfection, Pristine Pure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, extreme weather conditions, or other factors outside of our immediate control. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact our team at support@pristinepure.ca.
